We are looking for a kind, reliable woman to stay overnight with a vibrant, independent elderly lady on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. This is a night arrangement, focused on companionship and peace - no caregiving or household chores are required.
What we offer:

• safe sleeping place
• very limited duties in exchange for a weekly stipend/salary
• full freedom during the day - ideal for students, academics, remote workers, or anyone pursuing personal or professional interests
  Schedule:
• be at home 6 nights a week (you can choose which nights)
• arrive by 8:00 PM and stay at least until 8:00 AM (this can be flexible, and you can stay longer if you wish)
  Who we are looking for:
• compassionate and positive personality
• strong communication skills in English for conversation and coordination
• professional and discreet demeanor - punctual, honest, empathetic, and respectful
