We are hiring a doorman/security guard part-time in Brooklyn Heights.

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience as a doorman, security guard, or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to assist residents, guests, and building staff as needed.
• Must be punctual and able to work independently.

Schedule:

• Part-time work.
• Monday night: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (security guard).
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (doorman).
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (doorman).
• Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work additional days or shifts as needed to cover staff absences, vacations, or building needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and assisting with access to the building and guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of common areas.
• Assisting with deliveries and resident requests.
• Performing general doorman and security guard duties as needed.
