Hiring a maintenance worker - Long Beach, NY

I am hiring a person for the position of maintenance worker. Permanent residency and general knowledge of construction work (light painting, tile replacement, etc.) are required. Light work in a pleasant atmosphere. Working hours: Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The job is in Long Beach, Nassau County.
