Handyman needed (Upper West Side, Manhattan)... We are seeking an experienced handyman to join our team. This hands-on role involves completing apartment repairs and work orders, turning units between tenants, painting and cleaning apartments, maintaining common areas and grounds, handling garbage and recycling, and working closely with the superintendent and building staff. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, the ability to communicate in English, and basic computer skills. Strong customer service skills are also required. Occasional doorman coverage may be required. This is a non-union building.
