We are hiring an office manager full-time at an accounting firm in downtown Manhattan. Key responsibilities include:
- managing a busy office
- supporting partners with executive tasks
- coordinating partners' calendars and travel
- organizing and onboarding new employees
- managing office equipment
- overseeing office supplies and the kitchen annex.
Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in office management / administration
- strong computer skills.
