Manhattan high-end residential construction company looking for a service technician to join the team. This position requires the managerial skills of a scheduler and a supervisor to oversee the work of subcontractors, along with the mechanical skills to perform needed light carpentry and general labor on the site. As the sites are the homes of our clients, it is imperative that everyone involved in the project performs the highest quality work according to our standards within the time allotted.
