We are hiring qualified workers for a construction company ASAP

We are hiring all levels of qualified workers to work in a family-owned construction company ASAP. We have been operating 90% in Hoboken and Jersey City, NJ for over 20 years, specializing in home and apartment renovations and repairs. We also specialize in water leak detection and implementing solutions. The applicant must meet the following requirements: skills and good work ethics, must have a US SS# or work documents (TIN), be detail-oriented and organized, be able to speak English, have a willingness to learn new skills, and a desire for success. Pride in their work, punctuality. Our working hours are 8 AM - 4 PM at construction sites. We meet at 7:00 AM in our parking lot and return around 5:00 PM (parking lot in Fairview). Our working days are Monday to Friday. We require a minimum of 2 references from previous employers or clients, no older than 2 years. If you are applying for the position of helper, you must provide two references from previous jobs, if you have worked outside our industry. We will conduct a drug test and background check. Use of alcohol and/or drugs at work will be grounds for immediate dismissal. If you have a clean driver's license and are able to perform our standard construction tasks, the pay will be higher. We are also looking for a foreman, who must have experience as a manager and be able to provide references from previous jobs. You must be able to perform physical work, lift heavy equipment and materials, and be able to work in a multicultural environment. You must live locally and be able to reach our parking lot in Fairview, NJ on time for meetings. We are not looking for people who just count hours. This is not an hourly job; we are looking for people who can start ASAP. Pay will depend on experience, level, and responsibilities of the position.
