In short — how it works

• The picture is not hidden under the cells to click out — you draw it yourself. Clicking at random just gives you meaningless black cells.
• The numbers next to each column and row tell you how many cells to fill in a row. Example: "3" above a column = fill 3 cells in a row there; "2 2" = two groups of 2 cells, separated by at least one empty cell.
• Only fill the cells that follow from the row and column numbers together. Mark cells you know are empty with "✗" (X mode) — it helps.
• When everything matches, the filled cells form a picture (e.g. a heart, cat, house) — and that's when you win. Start with the small 5×5 board.

How to play

• The numbers next to each row and column tell you how many cells are filled in a row. Several numbers mean several separate groups of cells, split by at least one empty cell, in the given order.
• Left-click (or tap) to fill a cell. You can press and drag to paint a whole line of cells at once.
• Right-click or turn on "✗ X mode" to mark a cell as empty. The ✗ marks are just a helper — they are not checked against the solution.
• Keyboard: arrow keys — move around the board, Enter — fill a cell, X — mark an empty cell.
• The puzzle is solved when the filled cells match the hidden picture exactly. The timer starts on your first move, and your best times are saved in your browser for each size separately.
