Nicole Brenecki - Partner

Nicole Brenecki is a New York-born lawyer who, after extensive foreign education, returned to practice law in her hometown. She has extensive experience working for both plaintiffs and defendants, specializing in personal injury law and employment law, as well as wage and employment law, where she leads the firm's practice.

In just her second year of full-time practice, Nicole was named "Super Lawyer – Rising Star" in 2021 - an honor given to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in each state for excellence as a litigator. She also received the Lawyers of Distinction Award for 2021.

Nicole obtained her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. At Brooklyn Law, she received the prestigious Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest scholarship. In 2018, she co-founded an organization that was key to overturning New York's Cabaret Law by Mayor Bill DeBlasio.

Before obtaining her Juris Doctor, Nicole earned a Master's Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in American Law from the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Nicole is admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Beyond her legal practice, Nicole releases experimental electronic music through her independent record label New York Trax.
