Nicole Brenecki – Partner

Nicole Brenecki is a New York-born attorney who returned to practice law in her hometown after extensive education abroad. She has broad experience working for both plaintiffs and defendants, specializing in personal injury law and labor law, as well as employment and wage law, where she leads the firm's practice.

In just her second year of full-time practice, Nicole was named "Super Lawyer – Rising Star" in 2021 – an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state for excellence as a litigator. She also received the Lawyers of Distinction Award for 2021.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. At Brooklyn Law, she received the prestigious Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest scholarship. In 2018, she co-founded an organization that was instrumental in the repeal of New York's Cabaret Law by Mayor Bill DeBlasio.

Before obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Nicole earned a Master's Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in American Law from the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Nicole is licensed to practice law in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Outside of her legal practice, Nicole releases experimental electronic music through her independent record label New York Trax.
