Solidarity Restaurant is a family restaurant with a long tradition, founded by Polish chef Elina O’Lague in 1973 in Berkeley, and moved to Santa Monica in 1978. In 2016, it changed its name from Warszawa to Solidarity, referencing the Solidarity movement and the values of the local community.
