Kwaśnica
A traditional mountain soup from Podhale made with sauerkraut and its juice, cooked with raw and smoked ribs, garlic, marjoram, and potatoes boiled separately. This dish differs from kapuśniak (cabbage soup) in its preparation and ingredients.
